I have sent out a newsletter to my database requesting user information and a selection are beginning to appear on my site [ View Comments ] To go forward we need to constantly look at the negative comments and Vicci and I have picked up on this one . . . .

David Unsworth - As a Company, Krystal Cleaning. We do direct local Advertising. You being one of them. Keith has been a great encouragement, so has Vicci. The site looks Great, however look at ALL ABOUT WEYBRIDGE site, for some pointers, and suggestions. Just improve on what you are doing !!!

Not too sure. It's a bit of a hotch potch. The layout seems messy. There's no clear message. I'm not sure what it's all about. How do you find it. If I didn't get your emails I would never of heard of you. I have recommended loads of sites but, to what advantage, it's a job to find them. Sorry andy g

Hi Vicci . . . I am all for improvement, the main reason for creating the poll, however, his most people have been extremely positive about our main layout. I would love to listen to recommendations for change and certainly need to resolve the search facility in order to attract more advertisers. Would you mind if I sent your comments across to other partners?

Keith . . . No not at all. there is so much more competition out there now (especially in my area) I think we need to listen to comments from users, look at competitor sites and make changes as and where we feel we need to.
